The Fort Worth Irish Cultural Association was founded by several Irish families in the early 1980s to promote and preserve the Irish culture through fellowship, education, dance and music. We are a non-political and non-sectarian organization. Meetings are held on a semi-annual basis, and include programs to promote Irish heritage and culture, including dancing, music, language, history and genealogy. We sponsor and participate in numerous Irish and Celtic cultural events including co-founding the annual Celtic Heritage Festival, participating in the North Texas Irish Festival, St. Patrick's Day Parades, the Scottish Highland Games in Arlington, and even occasionally sponsoring an applicant for the Rose of Tralee Pageant in Co. Kerry, Ireland.

We encourage and invite persons of all ages and cultural backgrounds to join us.
